“Bob and I wanted to say how thrilled we were with the plans you came up with for the additions that we wanted to put on the house at our new farm. We were so happy to have found the farm but not excited about the house that existed on it….a 1950’s cape cod. We figured there had to be something that we could do with it as far as adding on but couldn’t come up any ideas of where to put a master bedroom addition that we would be really excited about. The only option we thought we would have involved it being built on the side of the house with no views. We couldn’t believe it when you came up with a suggestion that would allow us to have the master bedroom, including a balcony, overlooking the barn and beautiful pastures. It was obvious that your inspiration came from your picturing yourself living there and coming up with a way of building something that would provide years of happiness and satisfaction as opposed to years of wishing there was a way of doing it while we had the chance. You have given us the design to create the dream home out of an old dated house and we couldn’t be happier so thanks again! Our 1st architect came up with a nice design for our home remodel and additions, however it required obtaining several variances from the township. After much time and expense the variances were turned down. We enjoy our current home location and did not want to move. We started fresh with Henry and his design did not require any variance yet met all our needs and wants including a Master Bath suite addition, 2nd floor addition, kitchen/family room addition and garage addition.
